  • Transaction Data: If you make pledges, buy merchandise, or subscribe to a club, payment information is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • Usage Data: Votes cast, fan collective memberships, comments, and interactions on the platform.

3. Payment Processing (Stripe)

We use Stripe to process payments. If you make a payment on our platform, your payment information is provided directly to Stripe, whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These data transfers are based on Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (processing for the fulfillment of a contract).

4. Hosting and Log Files (Vercel)

Our website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit our website, the provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits. This includes IP address, browser type/version, operating system used, referrer URL, host name of the accessing computer, and time of the server request. This data is not merged with other data sources. Basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or for measures preliminary to a contract.
